We suggest making all service reservations at least one week in advance.

Please check-in at The Spa at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.

Because we reserve time especially for you, we ask for at least 4 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This courtesy enables us to schedule another member or guest, and in turn, maintain the fair prices and uncompromising quality of our services. Package cancellations require 24-hour notice. As is customary, last minute cancellations will result in a 50% billing of scheduled services. All no-shows are charged at full value. Thank you.
